When Angels Weep; The Weeki Wachee Homicides

Over half a million registered sex offenders in the United States walk among us during our everyday lives. It is an incurable disease that plagues our society and preys on our children.

This book is based on a true story account of murder and crimes against children involving serial killer Billy Mansfield Jr. and his father Bill Mansfield Sr. Be forewarned that some details are gruesome and disturbing. Most details were gathered from reliable witnesses, library archives, depositions, and police reports. While the events and moods are as close to the truth as I can detect, some quotes and events are assumed because nobody really knows what was said during the crimes and some witness accounts differ.  The names of some witnesses, family members, and defendants have been changed to protect the innocent while some have not.

"THERE IS NO FORGIVENESS FOR CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN"

Inverness: The Barefoot Years (REBOOT)

The REBOOT is the same original book with fifty more pages which consist of many more stories of the Inverness community during the sixties and early seventies.

God's Country is the best way to describe Inverness, during the 60's. It was a safe place filled with wonder and natural beauty. While reading Inverness; The Barefoot Years, take a break and close your eyes. See if you can remember chasing lightning bugs at dusk or the refreshing smell after a spring rain. Can you hear the distant whistle of the midnight train or remember running barefoot on the school playground? I hope this book brings you a flood of great childhood memories.

If I had one wish it would be to turn back the hands of time so our children or grandchildren could live as we did, having a carefree, innocent childhood.

A Chimpanzee's Guide For Retail Management

"Bill, you make managing a store look so easy a chimpanzee could do it".

A career in Retail Management is one filled with long hours, missed holidays, and many hours of missed family time. However, this career is also rewarding and the possibility of boredom is almost nonexistent. A retail manager does more than just manage. He is also an on-site field doctor, lawyer, mother or father, peacekeeper, and sheriff. The retail manager wears many hats in the everyday operation of any retail establishment.

It doesn't matter what type of retail establishment you are affiliated with, they have many things in common, yet they are different. It could be a restaurant, department store, gas station or even a convenience or grocery store, they all have their own culture, their own place in retail.
